1. Ordinary members
Ordinary members of the SFB-GK are all doctoral candidates actively contributing to a scientific sub-project of SFB 882. Thus there is no need to apply for ordinary membership in the Research Training Group of the SFB 882.
2. Associated members
German doctoral candidates who are no SFB 882 members may be accepted as associated members of the Integrated Research Training Group. Requirement for associated membership is a dissertation project which is particularly related to SFB 882 topics and is tutored by one of the SFB´s sub-project heads. There must be a written application for membership of the Integrated Research Training Group of SFB 882. With the exception of participation in spring-summer-sutumn-schools (SSAS), the study programme of the SFB-GK is binding for members.
3. International associated members
Doctoral candidates from SFB 882´s foreign partner universities may become international associated members of the Integrated Research Training Group (written application required).
